There are so many benefits of being a Realtor including the help All the California Home Owners get thru the California Association of Realtors legal department. It is unfortunate that Most homeowners have no clue what the CAR legal team does to Help Protect Their Property Owner Rights. That’s why I pay the additional $197 (true cost of doing business) for the Realtor Action Fund.
