    Yes, unfortunately some REO listing agents are like this. Not all though!

    Well I appreciate your comment Scarlett.
    I wrote an offer Oct 13, 2009 for a client.
    Today is the 27th of October and apparently the W____ F____ Asset Manager is too busy to respond yet to my buyers FHA loan offer thru their listing agent.
    One would think the bank would actually want to sell it since it since they listed it with that Realtor for sale.
