I am Thankful for:  My Family (Loved ones Present &  Past), Courteous Honest Caring Friends and Clients, Memories of all kinds–Happy and sad, Our Countries Veterans and Others Who Help & Protect Us & Our Families, Pictures(regular and digital)  simple but amazing to be able to capture a moment in time (what a great invention), CoRealtor Associates in my office who  help other people just because they want to help–take note Mark, Christi and Robin, my ex wives (for still being nice honest gals–even tho we didn’t remain a couple–we still had good fun times), E Mail and Many other things I won’t mention here because you need to go Eat.— Life is Short–Have Fun, Be Safe, Be Honest, Do Unto Others as You would have them do unto you &  have a great Thanksgiving and Give Big Thanx!!!

I wonder why it is that so many people are struggling with some aspect of their health? I enjoy being able to do the things I want to do. I also want to eat the foods that smell and taste good. Don’t you?  We depend on the the food engineers and chemists to create and preserve our foods so they are healthy for us and our loved ones when we purchase and eat them. So why is it so many Americans struggle with Health Issues. Breast Cancer, Colon Cancer, Skin Cancer, you know the drill. Probably some one you love or someone you know has or is struggling with some kind of health related thing. Makes me want to order a growth hormone infused hamburger or steak and I am not a vegan though I like my vegetables and if I don’t, you will find left overs in an almost perfect ring around where my plate used to be. Ha. So why in the world am I talking about this on my real estate site?  Well just because it is something we all deal with at some point during our short lives here on planet earth. So read the labels. Shop wisely and be informed if you can read that damned small print. Enjoy your evening and may you and your family be blessed to remain healthy in Your Home especially now as you shop for foods for next weeks Thanksgiving meals.

You did it. You’ve succeeded in achieving a huge victory for real estate. Congress heard you on the need to both extend and expand the homebuyer tax credit to continue stimulating the housing sector of the economy. The Senate voted 98-0 on Wednesday and yesterday the House voted 403-12 on legislation that includes the extension and expansion of the credit. The President is expected to sign the legislation, perhaps as early as today.

Thank you for making this victory happen. Your letters in response to our Call for Action made a very big difference, as did the thousands of REALTOR® phone calls, visits by Federal Political Coordinators—all members of NAR—in getting this legislation passed. This is a great victory for the economy, for homebuyers, and for all of you in real estate.  You made your case to Congress. We deeply appreciate your commitment and involvement on this issue and trust your continued support will follow in the weeks ahead on all our future Calls for Action.
