Desiring a Change of Pace, Wanting a Lot More Space between Myself and My Neighbors and Wanting a Better Quality of Life, I Resigned from My Career in Big Oil and Moved from the Bay Area to the Lake Oroville Area in July of 1993.  The Lake Oroville Area Allowed Me To Once Again Enjoy The Warm Evenings, Just Like I Did as a Child Growing Up In Southern California (Some Say I Never Grew Up---Hahaha). Anyway, I Can Now Swim In Warm or Cold Water Just Minutes From My Home. I Can Explore Strange New Worlds---Oops, Sorry, Got Carried Away, I Mean I Can Explore The Foothills and Valleys, Show and Sell Real Estate to Locals and People Like Myself Who Had a Desire For A Better Quality of Life and Drive Around Our Lake---Here in  our Lovely Smaller Community.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I Took the State of California Real Estate Salesman Exam and Earned My License in June of '94.  I Have Years of Varied Experience Representing and Helping Buyers and Sellers, Sometimes even both at the Same Time. It is Pretty EZ doing that as I Practice the Golden Rule Anyway. Representing and Helping My Clients Obtain their Real Estate Wants, Needs and Desired Goals Has Been Very Rewarding and Satisfying For Me. I also advertise in the Northern California Homes Magazine, The Digger Shopper, both of which are Print Media. --- With the Advent of Many Major Newspapers Dropping their Real Estate Classified Sections (some of which have been in print for 100 years---now they are just gone) it is of the Utmost Importance to Have a Huge Web, Internet Presence which Realty World Has. There have been numerous and On Going Studies Showing that Most of Today’s Buyers Search On Line before They Contact a Realtor.
